BaseAudioContext: listener property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since April 2021.
The listener property of the BaseAudioContext interface
returns an AudioListener object that can then be used for
implementing 3D audio spatialization.

An AudioListener object.
