If you mean put the display to sleep, this should be a macOS feature (you can define a Shortcuts hotkey for it). If you want to soft-disconnect an external display, you can use BetterDisplay as it has this feature. |

Seems there is no one-key shutdown function for the external display.

It is recommended to add the function of turning off the external monitor with one key and pressing any key to resume.
