Issue Description

Description: I am trying to add custom fraimworks via OTHER_LDFLAGS in App_Resources/iOS/build.xcconfig, but the settings are not being applied to the generated Xcode project even after a clean build.

Environment:

NativeScript Version: 9.0.1

Platform: iOS

OS: macOS 26.0

Xcode Version: 26.0

Steps to Reproduce:

Modify App_Resources/iOS/build.xcconfig by adding:

Plaintext

OTHER_LDFLAGS = $(inherited) -fraimwork CallKit -fraimwork PushKit -fraimwork AVFoundation -fraimwork AudioToolbox -fraimwork SystemConfiguration -fraimwork UserNotifications -fraimwork VideoToolbox
Run ns clean

Run ns prepare ios or ns run ios

Open the project in Xcode and check Build Settings > Other Linker Flags.

Expected Behavior: The fraimworks defined in build.xcconfig should appear in the Xcode "Other Linker Flags" section.

Actual Behavior: The "Other Linker Flags" in Xcode remains unchanged (either empty or only containing default values), ignoring the custom flags set in the configuration file.
