I'm not sure if this is a migration plan: This conversion is a one-time event, and users can still complete it using Babel v7. |

This plugin seems to still get some downloads, and the maintenance cost is effectively zero. I'd prefer to keep it. |

Yeah I don't think we should remove this package either, given that Flow still supports the comment syntax. |
