Robust solver for the compressible Blasius equations for laminar, high-speed flow, boundary layers over a flat plate.
Solve the Falkner–Skan boundary-layer equation with a modular shooting + RK4 approach. Includes first-order reformulation, a fixed-step integrator, secant root-finding, and ready-to-use plots for velocity profiles f′(η) and w(β).
Python implementation of the Blasius similarity solution for a laminar flat-plate boundary layer. Uses the shooting method and Brent’s root-finding to compute the wall curvature, velocity profiles, boundary-layer thickness (δ₉₉), and displacement thickness.
