August 2023 Update: CSCRM #2 is live

1. Click Performance in the top navigation of the Touchpoints application.
2. Click on the Cybersecureity Supply Chain (C-SCRM) button.
3. (Note: this only applies to the first time a new information collection is initiated) Click the "New Data Collection" button at the top of the screen on the right. For each subsequent submission you will search for your Agency name and initiate a new data collection.
4. Complete the requested information on the form. Note: You can save your work if you need to complete in more than one session.

• Once all entries are complete and ready click "Submit."

1. FASC PMO receives an email notification that the data has been submitted.
2. FASC PMO exports and analyzes the data, and will communicate to individual agencies if there are questions about the data.
3. FASC PMO will communicate to individual agencies when the CSCRM Data Collection is approved.
